Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of Universal Finance Corporation. Having established Universal Finance in 1990, Paul was one of the first Finance Brokers in Australia and is one of the few that have enjoyed a 30+ year career in the industry. He holds numerous industry qualifications and maintains memberships with leading professional bodies in the finance industry. More importantly, Paul serves as the Licensee for the coveted Australia Credit Licence (ACL) granted to Universal Finance Corporation by ASIC. His long tenure as a Finance Broker has enabled him to build strong relationships with a wide array of lenders, which his customers have benefited from—and continue to do so. Before founding Universal Finance Corporation, Paul gained valuable experience as a banker with Westpac and Commonwealth Bank, where he participated in their graduate programs during the 1990s. Despite his long career, Paul’s enthusiasm hasn’t dimmed one bit; he’s still just as eager to help the next client achieve their financial dreams, one handshake at a time. Paul’s dedication to his clients is as timeless as his stories about "the good old days" of banking.

With over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, Sean brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Universal Finance Corporation. After a successful 17-year tenure with National Australia Bank, where he held upper-level management roles as a Relationship and Credit Manager, Sean joined Universal Finance Corporation in 1998. He specialises in both commercial and residential lending, consistently delivering first-class customer service. Sean's dedication to his clients is evident in every aspect of his work, ensuring their financial needs are always met with care and precision. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships, continuing to service the same clients since he started—now extending his expertise to their children, and even a few of the grandkids!

Peter George has been with Universal Finance Corporation since its early days, joining shortly after its inception in 1991, following a corporate banking career at ANZ Bank. With over 30 years of experience as a Finance Broker, Peter is well versed in all aspects of lending, specialising in self-employed finance, and equipment and motor vehicle finance. His deep understanding of the finance industry makes him a trusted advisor, capable of navigating even the most complex financial scenarios. With his extensive experience, it’s safe to say he’s seen it all!

Peter has over 25 years of experience in Business and Commercial lending, having held key roles in Corporate Financial Services with Commonwealth Bank and at ING in its Commercial Property Finance department. Peter has been a cornerstone of Universal Finance Corporation for more than 15 years and is equipped to handle even the most sophisticated and large-scale financial transactions with ease. From complex structured deals to financing entire hospitals, Peter has seen it all—and mastered it. His ability to navigate intricate financial landscapes is unmatched, together with his comprehensive understanding of the lending economy and markets, ensures that his clients always receive the most competitive terms. When it comes to getting a deal done, Peter’s expertise is second to none—no challenge is too great, and no detail is too small.
